Small groups, ministry teams, and families each get a place to talk. Messages are in the app, in real time, next to the church feed.
Sunday does not require a streaming vendor. You broadcast on YouTube the way you already do, then tap Go Live so members get a LIVE NOW alert and can watch together in a worship room.
Giving uses the church's own Stripe account. The Gathering takes no cut. Events carry RSVPs and bring-lists, which is often enough for a potluck or a work day without another tool.
This is not a full church-management suite. It will not replace check-in, accounting, or a worship-planning binder. It is the free church app for the people side: feed, prayer, groups, live worship, events, and gifts.
Questions pastors ask
Do small churches have to pay a monthly fee?
No. There is no platform fee right now. A small church can invite members and use the app without a subscription.
Do we need our own app in the store?
No. Your church joins The Gathering on the web. It is not a separate store listing under your church's name.
Can a volunteer run this without a tech team?
Yes. A pastor or volunteer can create the church, invite people, and post from a phone.
Will this replace our church management system?
No. It does not do check-in, accounting, or worship planning. It covers the people side: feed, prayer, groups, live worship, events, and giving.
